Original Medicare uses the federal red, white, and blue card. A Medicare Advantage plan issues its own member card. They are not interchangeable at the desk.
If you moved from Original Medicare to Advantage, clinics should see the Advantage card. Keep the old card at home unless your agent says to keep it for a Medigap claim.
